  3. Do you offer a free trial?

    Subscription to our platform is always free! So no need for free trials, you’re welcome to implement our platform for your company any time.

Implementation

  1. How does my company go about signing up?

    Click on “Get Started” located at the top right hand corner of our page and fill up the google form with your contact details. Our friendly team will get back to you by the next working day.

  2. What happens after my company signs up?

    We will swing by your office at a time of your convenience to explain the setup process and liaise with your IT department thereafter to have the platform installed for you. It’s a quick and fuss-free process that requires minimal work on your side.

  3. What is your financial literacy programme about?

    We offer FREE financial literacy programmes to educate your employees on good financial habits. We know financially savvy employees create a win - win situation for both you and your staff - a happier, healthier workforce that generates more productivity and revenue.

  4. Does my company need to sign a contract?

    No contract is needed, as a complementary service, we are ready to start serving you and your employees from day 1!

    We help you take better care of your employees at no additional cost so you can focus on what you do best - building and growing your business. This means that as the employer, you get to provide your employees a whole suite of awesome benefits through our platform.

  2. How would my employees benefit?

    We provide up commission rebates for employees when they purchase their benefits through us, thereby helping them to get greater savings. Rather than the usual one-size-fits-all benefits programme, your employees would also be able to select the benefits that best suit their needs.

    In addition, we offer free financial literacy programmes to educate your employees on good financial habits, because we believe that financially savvy employees make happy employees.

Pricing & Coverage

  1. How does pricing works? Does my company have to pay anything?

    It is absolutely free for your company. No strings attached.

  2. Are my international employees covered?

    Eligibility is dependant on individual, and our trusted partner advisors will be best suited to advise after conducting a “Know Your Client” (KYC) exercise.

  3. What if my employee needs to make a claim?

    They can get in touch with their servicing advisor to process the claim.

Rebates

  1. When would my employees receive their rebates?

    After the policy has been incepted by the insurer, they will receive the rebates via cheque within 3 months.

Security & Support

  1. How secure are my employees’ data on GetAssured for Business?

    All the information provided will be kept strictly confidential and available only to persons to whom it is necessary to perform the job.

  2. Will you provide our company with monthly reports on the benefits taken up by my employees?

    Yes, definitely! We will collate the data and send you a report at the end of the month so can monitor your employees benefits coverage.

  3. Who should I contact if we are facing technical faults on the website?

  4. Can I cancel my subscription?

    We are sure you will like our service enough to keep us around, and continue to let us serve you and your employees!

    However, if for any reason you hope to suspend your company’s subscription with us, simply drop us an email at hello@get-assured.co to inform us on your decision and provide us with feedback so that we can improve further.
